Privacy & cookies
We use Google Analytics on public pages. Google may receive limited cookieless pings before you choose or if you reject. Choose analytics storage and advertising signals separately. Photos, account and payment pages are excluded. Preferences are stored in this browser for up to 180 days. You can change them in Privacy settings. This choice does not authorize our separate optional performance measurements. No advertising display script is currently installed.
Information and purpose
We process photos, selected styles, AI results and feedback to provide and improve your requested styling experience and check safety and quality. Guest session identifiers, optional Google account details, order records and technical logs support access, payment, fraud prevention and troubleshooting. Photos are optional, but generation requires a suitable photo; Google sign-in is optional.
Service providers and transfers
AWS hosts the service and private images and performs image safety checks; Neon stores application records; Google Cloud Vertex AI processes photos and prompts for analysis, generation and quality checks; Stripe handles payment details; Google handles optional sign-in. These providers may process data outside Hong Kong, including the United States and regions used by global AI endpoints. We do not receive your full card number.
Retention and deletion
Our photo and generated-image storage uses a 7-day retention policy. Download results before they expire. You can request earlier deletion through the result page or support. Access ends on expiry or deletion; asynchronous cleanup, provider safety logs and backups can follow separate schedules. Payment, tax, security and dispute records are retained as needed for their purposes and applicable obligations, rather than deleted with the images.
Your choices and security
Images are private and access is checked; temporary image links should not be shared. We use necessary session and security cookies. We do not sell your photos or use them to train our own models. AI providers apply their own contractual retention and abuse-monitoring rules; we do not promise zero retention by every provider. Contact support to request access, correction or deletion, or raise a privacy concern. We may verify ownership before acting.
