Eligibility and uploads
You must be at least 18 and upload only photos of yourself that you have the right to use. Do not upload minors, intimate images, unlawful content or another person without authorization. You retain your rights in uploads and allow us and our service providers to process them to deliver and secure the service.
AI results
Results are AI-generated visualizations and subjective styling suggestions. They can contain errors or alter appearance; they are not professional, medical or guaranteed real-world advice. You are responsible for how you use or share them. Rights in AI output can depend on applicable law and third-party rights; exclusive ownership is not guaranteed.
Orders and access
The checkout screen shows the applicable price, currency, taxes and included deliverables before payment. Payment and delivery are confirmed by our backend, not by a redirect alone. Packs are one-time purchases unless checkout explicitly states otherwise. Keep your guest session or use sign-in to preserve access; contact support with your order reference if access is lost. Photo and result access is subject to the 7-day retention policy.
Problems and applicable rights
Our refund policy explains remedies for failed or defective delivery. We may restrict abusive or unsafe use and pause unavailable services. We do not exclude rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded. These terms are governed by Hong Kong law, subject to any mandatory consumer protections and courts available in your place of residence. Contact support to resolve a concern before escalating it.
