Complimentary service credits
If support grants complimentary service credits, they have no cash value and do not reduce an approved monetary refund. A later refund revokes the original purchase entitlements; previously granted service credits remain separate, including credits already used. Refunds do not automatically create more service credits. A task can receive manual service-credit compensation only once.
Unused purchases and duplicate charges
Request a full refund within 14 days of purchase if no paid generation has started. Verified duplicate charges are refunded. Contact support promptly with your order reference; do not send card details or passwords.
Failed or materially defective delivery
If a paid generation fails and we cannot deliver the purchased results, you can choose a retry or a refund for the undelivered purchase. Report material defects, such as corrupted files, missing results or a clear identity mismatch, within 7 days of delivery. After verification we will offer a replacement or appropriate refund; a full refund applies if the purchase cannot reasonably be fulfilled. A style preference alone does not normally qualify once generation has started, but we review individual concerns fairly.
Request and review
Use the refund request on your order page or email support@lookrefine.com with the order reference, issue and affected result. Contact us before the images expire; screenshots are optional and you should not email sensitive photos unnecessarily. We aim to reply within 3 business days. Submitting a request is not refund confirmation. Do not initiate a second purchase to resolve a failed order.
Payment timing and rights
Approved refunds go to the original payment method. We aim to initiate them within 5 business days of approval; banks commonly take another 5–10 business days and can take longer. The order status reflects the actual processor outcome. Refunded purchase entitlements may be revoked. These rules do not limit mandatory consumer rights, including any applicable withdrawal rights.
